• @shanegibson Don’t dispute that all those are stimulants for ROI … but I think in 2010 we need to focus on hard numbers for the ‘return’ #
• It won’t be enough in 2010 to talk ‘engagement’ or ‘community’ in the abstract. This is the year to back the theory up with practice. #
